Kinky Boots Auditions
Director/Choreographer, Patrick Murray and Music Director, Jacqueline Collins, are holding auditions for WDL's March 2024 production of the musical, Kinky Boots Tentatively, rehearsals will begin January 8th. They are seeking a dynamic and diverse ensemble of actors. The Wilmington Drama League is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusivity in its work and encourages performers of all ethnicities, races, backgrounds, gender expressions, and ages to audition.

Callbacks Monday December 18th 7 P.M. to 10 P.M.

Seeking submissions for WDL's annual Ruby M. Stanley One-Act Festival. Directors should send scripts and overviews of their production plans to Kathy@wdleague.org. Submissions are due Dec. 1. Auditions will be in mid-December, and the festival is Feb. 9-10. The festival features both published plays and original works by local playwrights and culminates in two nights of performances at which audience members vote for their favorite play.
WDL especially seeks to produce works written and directed by diverse artists and production staff, and told from a place of authenticity.
