SYNOPSIS:
A wealthy woman and her lover are planning to murder her husband during a contrived robbery on New Year’s Eve. What could possibly go wrong? The two-act comic thriller by Bob Barry ran on Broadway with Jack Cassidy and Janet Leigh in 1975, when crime was rampant in Manhattan and porn was prevalent 24/7 near Times Square. Greed and love are eternal motivators, replicated in the 1982 movie with Leslie Nielsen and Sally Kellerman.
Barry says almost nothing about the physicality or age of the characters, so Ken and his team are open to a wide range of performers.
