The 2016-17 Wilmington Drama League season opens with High School Musical, the teen favorite adapted from the hit Disney Channel movie — now ten years young.  This high-energy musical is cast with some of the most talented young people in the area who bring the classic characters of Troy, Gabriella, and the students of East High to life as they navigate the timeless challenges of youth- bullying, inclusion, self esteem and of course FUN, teaching us all the value of being true to yourself and others.

Directed by Kathy Buterbaugh, musically directed by Caty Butler, and choreographed by Dominic Santos,

High School Musical runs Sept. 9-25.  Performances are at 8 p.m. Sept. 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24 and 2 p.m. Sept. 11, 18 and 25.
